CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Four individuals listed among Central Luzon’s Most Wanted Persons were arrested in separate police operations in the provinces of Bulacan, Tarlac, and Zambales on Sunday and Monday.
In a news release on Tuesday, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3) identified those arrested as Joseph Paraiso, 20, who was nabbed in Bulacan; Felix San Buenaventura, 59, nabbed in Tarlac; Renato Fernandez, 52, nabbed in Zambales; and Steven Alarcon, 23, nabbed in Bulacan.
The four are facing charges ranging from acts of lasciviousness to multiple counts of rape, and have pending arrest warrants issued against them by local courts.
“The arrest of these four Most Wanted Persons demonstrates the unwavering dedication, courage, and professionalism of our police force in upholding the rule of law,” PRO-3 chief Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo said, as she praised the officers involved in the operations.
“We continue to urge the public to work closely with authorities to maintain peace and order in our communities.”
The police official also said the back-to-back operations reaffirm PRO-3’s steadfast resolve to pursue fugitives and protect communities from those who violate the law.
