Cerritos, Calif. – The Assn. of Mangatarem Overseas Residents (AMOR) of Southern California will bid summer goodbye with a Luau Party on Oct. 11 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m billed, Goodbye Summer, Welcome Fall at Parkside Cerritos Clubhouse on 16500 – 166th Street between Norwalk Blvd. and Bloomfield Ave.

This  afternoon of fellowship, Aloha Dance, entertainment and parlor games promises to be.fun-filled with a Meet and Greet” opportunity for former natives of Mangatarem, Pangasinan now residing in Southern California. Key officers led by its President Danny Tejada and Executive Vice President Mercury Dela Fuente will be presented to the members of the association.

Pangasinan Brotherhood-USA Eddie C. Ferrer will deliver the inspirational message. AMOR of Southern California is an active member of PB-USA, an umbrella organizations of all Pangasinan town and affiliated associations in Southern California. AMOR of Southern California, a non-profit organization had given back to its native town and people tangible programs and projects like granting of scholarships, built restrooms behind the plaza auditorium, put up children’s playground, provided medical equipment and cash for school improvement, among others.
