The “Bayanihan sa Bayan-Hulmahan” project showcases the creativity of more than 600 artists from different regions who used scraps and discarded shoe molds from Marikina and other places that closed down during the pandemic, at the Gateway Gallery in Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City on Tuesday (May 2, 2023). Amado Araneta Foundation, Araneta City, Bayanihang Marikenyo at Marikenya, and Ladies Who Launch, aims to help raise funds to support community-based livelihoods, food security disaster response, and art programs.
