Carson, CA … The 126th Martyrdom Anniversary of the death of Philippine national hero Dr Jose P. Rizal will be held on Saturday, Dec.31 at 9 am at the International Sculpture Garden.
Several Filipino American community organizations led by JPRRM, Kalayaan Inc. and CONFAA will offer wreath to honor the hero.
Among the guest speakers are Carson Councilmembers Arleen Bocatija Rojas, Jim Dear, and Philippine Consulate representative Deputy Consul Ambo and Chito Mandap.
Performers are Manny Evaldez and the children’s choir of St. Philomena Church.
The other organizations are Filipino Community of Carson, Dreamers and Visionaries, and Evita Hospice.
