This “karwahe” (horse-drawn carriage) on display at the Presidential Car Museum inside the Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City was used by Leon Apacible, a member of the Commission that drafted the Malolos Constitution, in the early part of the 20th century. This carriage, used by his family up until the 1940s, was donated in 1977 to the government. (MNS photo)
