MANILA, June 10 (Mabuhay) — Kathryn Bernardo left her followers in awe after she posted several post-workout selfies on her social media page.

The actress said that since the lockdown, she made a promise to herself that she would work out at least three times a week to keep her body healthy “and to offset all those junk I eat.”

This thrice-a-week plan, however, turned out to be an almost every day exercise routine, thanks to online workout classes Bernardo found.

“You just need to find out the right fitness routine for you, and I swear, you’ll enjoy the process along the way,” she said.

In the same post, Bernardo also shared a tip to those who are attempting to stay healthy during the quarantine.

“Start with 15 minutes per day first and adjust it from there based on what your body can handle! There are lots of free ab/full-body workout routines that you can check on YouTube for reference,” she said.

Prior to the lockdown, Bernardo has been a frequent gym visitor where she works on her body and keeps it fit.(MNS)
