MANILA (Mabuhay) – A Manila court has dismissed the charges against three suspects in the 2009 Sulu bombing that left 12 people wounded.

The Manila Regional Trial Court absolved bombing suspects Temogen Tulawie, Abner Tahil and Juhan Alihuddin.

The three suspects were charged with illegal possession of explosives, multiple frustrated murder and multiple attempted murder.

Former Sulu governor Abdusakur Tan was among those wounded in the blast. (MNS)
