MANILA, Feb 18 (Mabuhay) –Presidential aspirant Senator Manny Pacquiao on Friday said if elected president, he would not retain Francisco Duque III as Health secretary.

Though the COVID-19 pandemic was not anticipated, Pacquiao rated Duque’s performance as “failed.”

Para sa akin, bagsak ang rating, kasi panghuli tayo (We did not anticipate the spread of COVID, it is really a hard time. But for me, Duque failed the people),” he said. (MNS)
